A: The Cambridge Travel Festival 2024 runs on Friday 29th and Saturday 30th November 2024.

A: The Cambridge Travel Festival 2024 will take place in the Cambridge Guildhalls and Council Chambers. The main entrance is on Guildhall Street opposite Yo! Sushi.

Q: How much are tickets and how do I book?
A: The ticket price for The Cambridge Travel Festival is £9 per adult day. Bookings are made via the Cambridge Live box office here. Visit their website to find about the different options for making bookings.
Q: Can children come to the festival?
A: Yes, children are welcome at the festival. Children under 16 are FREE. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Q: Can I buy tickets on the door at the festival?
A: Due to limited availability, tickets may not be available to purchase at the door. Please book your tickets in advance to avoid disappointment.
Q. Do you offer any discounts for media?
A: Cambridge Travel Festival welcomes members of the press from around the world and is happy to provide approved media members with valid accreditation, a complimentary press badge.
Q. If I have issues with my booking, who should I contact?
A: For any questions regarding your ticket purchase, either during booking or afterward please get in touch with Cambridge Live Box Office, our ticketing agent. They can be contacted by email on [email protected] or via phone on 01223 357 851.
Q. Where can I find visitor accessibility information for the festival?
A: The Level access entrance is on Peas Hill where there is a lift to the Halls. This entrance is just left of the Tourist Information Centre entrance. There is a fairly long corridor from this lift to the Halls. The Peas Hill entrance is accessible by car/taxi for drop off.
There is also a lift on the Guildhall Street side of the building (opposite the side of ‘Yo Sushi’) but there are 4 steps from street level. If you can manage a few steps but not walk a long distance, we suggest you come to the Guildhall Street side as opposed to Peas Hill as when exiting the lift, the entrance to the Halls is closer.
If you have any concerns please speak to a member of Cambridge Live Box Office and they will do their best to assist.
If you are disabled and/or require a personal assistant to accompany you to the festival, please advise the customer contact team on 01223 357 851 of any access requirements at the time of booking.

FOOD & DRINK
We will operate a small pop-up café within the small Guildhall with a range of hot and cold drinks, and a small selection of snacks.
However., there are also a wide choice of places to eat, in and around Market Square and surroundings.
HOW TO GET THERE
Cambridge Guildhall is right in the middle of Cambridge city centre. From the Market Square, the Guildhall is the large building with a clock face, crest and balcony.
Cambridge is connected to many locations via the A14, M11, A10 and the A428 from Cambourne, and if you are choosing to drive to the centre and park in town, there are multiple options.
Please note there is no customer car parking on site. The nearest car parks are:
Grand Arcade Car Park : This car park is just a couple of minutes away, across the road from the Guilhalls. Information about the Grand Arcade car park
Park Street Car Park: This car park is no more than a 5 to 10 minute walk. Directions: Come out of the car park, straight down Trinity Street into Kings Parade, left into Benet Street and on into Wheeler Street.
Queen Anne Car Park: This car park is slightly further away, but is no more than a 10 minute walk from Cambridge Guildhalls. Directions: Head out of the car park and down Regent’s Terrace (runs alongside the big green park called Parker’s Piece) into Regent Street, turn left into Downing Street.

National Express coaches serve Cambridge Parkside which is located in the centre of Cambridge.
The nearest railway station is Cambridge Station. Located approximately one and half miles from the Guildhalls, taxis are readily available from the station. Whippet Bus Service U1 also runs regularly from the train station to the centre of town. For timetable information, please check Whippet’s website.

Tailormade Inspiration Ltd (the Organisers) shall not be liable for any injury, damage, or loss to you, other than in respect of any injury or loss arising directly because of our own negligence. You agree to take full responsibility for your own safety, property, health, and wellbeing during and after the event and, if unsure of your own ability or condition to attend, to take appropriate third-party advice.
- Visitors will not be allowed admission to the festival without a valid ticket.
- Tickets are valid for specific booked session of the festival.
- For attendee’s safety, the Organisers reserve the right to refuse admission, and may conduct security searches.
- Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or resold for commercial gain.
- The Organisers reserve the right to alter or vary the content or timing of the whole or any part of the festival due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control without being obliged to refund or exchange tickets.
- Ticket bookers are responsible for ensuring everyone in their party is aware of and adheres to all terms and conditions.
- The Organisers cannot accept financial or other responsibility for any loss or liability incurred by visitors to the festival because of contracts entered by visitors with any exhibitor or advice sought or obtained from any exhibitor.
- The Organisers cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property brought to the festival.
- Visitors may be photographed, filmed, or recorded for marketing, broadcast, or security purposes during the festival. By attending the festival, visitors authorise such photography and recording and permits the Organisers to use their images, likeness, and voice for archival and promotional purposes in any and all media, without liability, compensation or credit.
- The sale of any articles in the gangways or anywhere on the Exhibition premises is strictly forbidden except with the written permission of the Organisers, and the Organisers reserves the right at their absolute discretion to confiscate any such articles for infringement of the condition.
- Please check all your tickets on purchase, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
